Quality lnspection
With advanced testing equipment, we practice the stringent quality concept for each coiland step throughout the arrival of raw materials at the factory, coating, slitting, recoiling, productshipment. Meanwhile, we have complete coating technologies,such as solvent-based thermal curing coating,solvent-free thermal curing coating, and UV curing coating.
Coating Production
The fully automatic coaters and recoilers & slitters are installed in the temperature controlshop, and the air entering the shop is pre-purified by the filter, so that the shop can reach Class10,000 purification standard. lt also enables us to produce and supply highly-clean releaseproducts to meet the high standard pressure sensitive adhesive application.
